Obituary of Andrew John Ottosson

Andrew John Ottosson, 80, husband of Alvenia Haley Ottosson, died Friday, August 20, 2021 at his home. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was a son of the late Anders B. Ottosson and Alice Dorothy Anderson Ottosson. Mr. Ottosson was a member of New Calvary Baptist Church. He was a U. S. Air Force veteran and was a retired draftsman with Vulcraft, Inc. Surviving are his wife; two daughters, Lynn Wallace (Linwood) and Lou Ottosson all of Sumter; one grandchild, Keely Benenhaley; two great-grandchildren, Kallie Kay Brown and Evelyn Louise Trudel; a cousin, Lilimore Lutz (Tom) of PA. Graveside services will be held at 10 A.M. Wednesday in the Ft. Jackson National Cemetery with Pastor Tim Clark and Rev. Dr. David Richardson officiating. The family will receive friends at the home.
