Obituary of Barbara Jayne Sullivan Maloney

Barbara Jayne Sullivan Maloney, 63, died Friday, August 27, 2021, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital. Born in Gainesville, Georgia, she was a daughter of the late Gene Sullivan and Barbara Davis Sullivan. Mrs. Maloney was a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church and a graduate of Winthrop College. She was employed by Caterpillar. Surviving is a son, Bren Maloney (Sarah) of Sumter; a daughter, Jordan Todus (Josh) of Sumter; a brother, Jason Sullivan (Aline) of Charlotte, NC; a sister, Gina Kale of Boiling Springs, SC and seven grandchildren. Memorial Services will be held at 2 P.M. Tuesday at Christ Community Church with Rev. Mark Yoder officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 P.M. to 2 P.M. Tuesday at Christ Community Church. Burial will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery.
