Obituary of Susan Brunson Tisdale

Susan Brunson Tisdale, widow of Wilbur Howard Tisdale, died on October 28, 2021, at the age of 96. Susie was born in Sumter, SC, the daughter of the late Josiah Brunson and Ella Sessions Brunson. She was a lifetime member of Grace Baptist Church. She lived her life fully through her career, church service, and many volunteer activities. She is survived by her brother James Brunson, 2 daughters Mary and Nancy Tisdale, 4 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren along with many other family members and friends. She loved well and was much loved. Donations in her memory can be made to Grace Baptist Church, 219 W. Calhoun St in Sumter. A private graveside service will be held in her honor at Sumter Cemetery.
