Obituary of Cale Louie Griffin

Cale Louie Griffin, 52, husband of Victoria “Tori” Elizabeth Jenkins Griffin, died Thursday, December 23, 2021, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital. Born in Manning, he was a son of Betty Jean Jennings Griffin and the late Melvin Richard Griffin. Mr. Griffin was a member and the Technology Technician at the Church of the Holy Comforter. Surviving are his wife of Sumter; a son, Caleb Richard Griffin of Florence; a daughter, Emma Grace Griffin of Sumter; a stepson, John David Simmons (Jennifer) of San Antonio, TX; a stepdaughter, Kimberly Elizabeth Simmons of Sumter; three brothers, Melvin Griffin of Atlanta, GA, Danny Griffin (Ginger) and Benny Griffin all of Sumter; two grandchildren, Rowan Kai Simmons and William Keith Simmons; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister, Nancy Griffin. Memorial services will be held at 4:30 PM Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at the Church of the Holy Comforter with Rev. David Booman officiating.
