Obituary of Bessie Frances Sease

Bessie Frances Sease, 81, widow of Rev. Leonard Ray Sease, died Sunday, January 16, 2022, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Born at Ft. Bragg, NC, she was the daughter of the late Richard Thomas Stokes and Essie Chandler Stokes. Mrs. Sease was a member of Alice Drive Baptist Church and was a former licensed practical nurse at Covenant Place. Surviving are two sons, Michael Sease (Cindy) of Ft. Mill, SC and Jimmy Sease (Ashleigh) of Flowery Branch, GA; four grandchildren, Jenna, Jackson, Cooper and Connor; many loving friends and extended family. She was preceded in death by three granddaughters, Kelsey Schumpert, Ansleigh and Hayleigh Sease; one sister, Virginia Lane and her husband Jim Lane. Memorial Services will be held at 2 P.M. Sunday, January 23, 2022, at Alice Drive Baptist Church with Rev Todd Fleming officiating. The family will receive friends following the memorial service at the church.
