Obituary of Margaret Ann McIntosh

Margaret Ann J. S. McIntosh, 86, widow of Raymond McIntosh, died Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at Lake Marion Nursing Facility. Born in Sumter County, she was a daughter of the late Ollie Lester Johnson and May Bell Johnson. Mrs. McIntosh was a member of Pinewood Baptist Church and was a longtime employee of Summerton Apparel and also retired from WalMart. Surviving are two daughters, Kelly S. Smith (Paul) and Rhonda S. Harris (David); a sister, Rosa Lee Bradley; five granddaughters, Christine McIntosh (Joseph), Johni McElveen (Will), Mary Ann Baker (Joe), Danielle Welch (Daniel), and Lilly Grace Harris; eight great-grandchildren, Griffin, Charley, Miles, Brody, Brooklyn, Lynlee Kate, Reid and Faith. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Charles E. Smith. Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Friday at Pinewood Baptist Church with Rev. Brian Gray and Rev. Bennie Barwick officiating. Burial will be in the Pinewood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 P.M. to 2 P.M.
