Obituary of David Louie Timmons

David Louie Timmons, 72, husband of Teresa Ann Berry Timmons, died Saturday, March 19, 2022, at the Lowcountry Community Hospice House in Summerville, SC. Born in Sumter, he was a son of the late David Franklin Timmons and Belle Griffin Timmons. Mr. Timmons was a member and Deacon of Southside Baptist Church. He was the Manager of Hill Printing Company. Surviving are his wife of Sumter; three children, Michelle Rogers, Amanda Reed (John), and Joey Timmons (Melissa); nine grandchildren, Kayla Hall (Clint), Savannah Rogers, Chase Rogers, Brooke Reed, Hunter Reed, Tyler Coker (Kelsey), Kennedy Coker, Paisley Timmons, and Makenzie Timmons; six great-grandchildren, Tinsley, Hartley, Jax, Navy, Landon and Kori. Memorial Services will be held at 12 P.M. Friday at Southside Baptist Church with Rev. Jimmy Holley, Rev. Frank Shivers, and Rev. Danny Settle officiating. The family will receive friends from 11 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. Friday in the Fellowship Hall at Southside Baptist Church.
