Sending my heartfelt condolences to the entire Harvin family. May God strengthen and comfort each of you during this time of bereavement. I am saddened by this loss; Mrs. Tracey was lead by many of the women programs I participated in and she was one of the sweetest and loving christian women. I will miss Tracey's warm welcoming smile.
