Cecilia's gentle spirit and passionate heart touched us all. Her thoughtfulness extended to everyone she encountered, thus enhancing every life she touched. She was a fair and sweet woman who will be greatly missed. As we cherish the beautiful memories she left behind, our heartfelt prayers go out to her family and friends during this time of sorrow and reflection.

I've known Mrs. Fair since I was born. I grew up at the Wedgefield Presbyterian Church and her singing. Mrs. Julia Talbert, Mary Anderson, and Fair Edmunds gave me the wings I have today with my singing. I was never professionally taught, but having those three in my corner was more. Mrs. Fair helped me become the person I am today. I will always remember her. I send my love and prayers to Champ and Freddie and their families. May God grant you peace during your time of loss. Your mother left her mark in and on this world. It's a better place because of her. My prayers and love be with you all.

I worked with Fair at Sumter Surgical. She was always very kind , thoughtful, and helpful. I also remember that she helped me out at a local talent competition at our church. She was great. My condolences to all of her family. I know you will miss her but I know you have the assurance of knowing where she is today.
Prayers for you all as you go through this difficult time.

My fond memories of Fair are the times we spent doing things together in Garden Club. She was a respected leader and so talented. I loved seeing her arrangements and horticulture win those blue ribbons in our flower shows. Going to district and state meetings were fun. I'm going to miss her! My sincere condolences to ALL of her family.
