O’Brien Rowland, Jr., 57, died Wednesday, August 2, 2023, at his home. Born in Sumter, he was a son of the late O’Brien Rowland, Sr. and Joyce Rowland Nealey. Surviving is a sister, Billie Joe Sweat of Sumter. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Debbie Rowland. Services will be private.
