Born in New York City, NY, he was a son of the late Niall Patrick Stanley and Mary Frances Hill.
Mr. Stanley was a U. S. Army veteran of Desert Storm.
Surviving is one sister, Laura Stanley Small; 2 nieces, 2 nephews, 13 great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Edwin Perez, Jr.
