I will miss Mrs. Marlowe's phone calls each year to let me know how she is doing and ask if I could send her an updated SP List of SP Residents. She was always a joy to talk with and we would talk for about 30 minutes catching up on each other's lives. She would tell me how she missed Reuben and I would remind her that Reuben married us and shared words of wisdom with God being first in our marriage. I am just now hearing of Martha's passing and am sorry I didn't know sooner. Much love to all the family!

March 2024, Sumter SC. Mrs. Martha Marlowe was an intelligent, very well- read, sweet, kind, attractive, Christian southern woman who was very knowledgeable of scripture and a pleasure to know and have in the United Methodist Women's circle group from Trinity United Methodist Church in Sumter, SC. She will be missed! What an honor to have known her! Condolences to her beautiful family! I know she was proud of her family. She was a beautiful lady, and we are so sorry for your loss. May God continue to guide and bless you, as you remember the fine example of Christian love she has demonstrated in her life, and the pursuit of knowing her and out Savior and Lord Jesus Christ and learning and sharing from God's word.
