What an incredible woman and nurse! Such a gentle, kind soul. I remember as a young nursing assistant at OMH being intimidated by her--her knowledge, the way she carried herself. I quickly learned there was absolutely no need for that! I just wished I could have worked with her once I became a nurse. After all these years, she still crosses my mind from time to time. Rest in peace, Jackie, you've made an impact on this earth.

Jackie was a sweet heart and she will always hold a special place in my heart. We worked together at OMH in the good old days! Debbie Hassell

Our hearts go out to the Jurecek Family during this time of loss. As neighbors, friends and a high school classmate of Cathy, our families have shared similar life events with each other, so the passing of Ms. Jurecek makes us feel even closer to Cathy. The last time we saw Ms. Jurecek was at Alexia’s wedding and she looked so pretty and full of life! That is how we will remember her!

I cherish the memories from our days at OMH. Jackie was so kind. Such a talented lady. Loved hearing all the stories she had to share. Never a dull moment. Always telling it like it was. I'm glad our girls, Jan and Tracy became friends during their days as ballerinas. Jackie will be greatly missed. Sending love and prayers to you all.

Mrs. Jurecek, an inspiring presence, will be truly missed. Her gentle spirit and creative mind graced us for many years, effortlessly binding our families together with her kindness and generosity. Her passionate nature drove her to selfless acts that significantly impacted those around her. She was both a guiding light and a sturdy pillar in our lives, making the sadness we feel today ever present. May she whisper our hellos to loved ones beyond as we carry on honoring her memory with love deep within us.

One of the most precious women I’ve ever met. She took such good care of me during our days at OMH. She was like a second Mom to me. Patti Nelson ❤️
