I am the daughter of Dorothy Johnson Bolig. Granddaughter of George’s brother Harry Johnson. I have just found this obituary and want you all to know I have fond memories of going to uncle George’s. He was always a very caring man and will be missed. Sending much love to all.

Mrs. Ross, Linda, JT, Jamie & all the family & beloved cats - it's hard to put into words what Mr. Ross meant to me in my life, especially in my teen years. Having lost my own father in my teens, Mr. Ross was a special influence on me during those years & treated me almost like his own daughter. I have so many special memories of him & being with his precious family that I treasure. I remember the laughter & the stories he told & going to the movies together as a family - often to see one of those John Wayne movies that he loved so much & I'm happy to say that because he introduced me to them, they are also a favorite of mine. I know you all will face some difficult days in your lives adjusting to life without him, but he will always live in your hearts. I'm deeply saddened by his passing, but grateful he's no longer suffering & I know he's looking down on all of you & watching over his family now. Please accept my deepest condolences & love in your great loss. Sharon

I am sorry to hear of your loss. May you find comfort in the resurrection promise at John 6:40 that reads: "This is the will of my Father, that everyone who recognizes the Son and exercise faith in him should have everlasting life and I will resurrect him on the last day." The Bible gives us hope that one day our dead loved ones will be brought back to life.

Thank you R. Brown. I witnessed my Grandfather on his knees before God and in His Word. His last words were literally "Oh Jesus, have mercy!"
