Obituary of David Eugene Johnson

Pinewood, SC David Eugene Johnson, 57, husband of Malisa Geist Johnson, died Thursday, December 3, 2015, at Palmetto Health Richland Hospital in Columbia. Born in Manning, he was a son of the late Cecil H. Johnson Sr. and Stella Ardis Johnson. Mr. Johnson was a retired farmer. Surviving are his wife of Columbia; three brothers, C. B. Johnson of Manning, James Leonard Johnson (Susie) of West Columbia and Harold B. Johnson (Linda) of Sumter. He was preceded in death by a sister. Josie Lee Hudson and a brother, Cecil H. Johnson, Jr. Graveside services will be held at 1 P.M. Thursday in the Pinewood Cemetery with Rev. Bennie Barwick officiating. Memorials may be made to MIRCI, P. O. Box 4246, Columbia, SC 29240.
