Dear Bobby and Jenny,
I am so very sorry for the loss of your sweet mother.
We were your next door neighbors on Camellia Road from 1955-1959. Your mother was so wonderful to us. She befriended our whole family, especially my mother, Helen Pickett. Marie adored my baby brother, Buddy (Earl M Pickett, Jr) who was born in 1956.
I can't say enough about your mother's kindness to and tolerance of our crazy, mixed up Air Force family! She was a rock for us when our father, Capt. Earl Pickett was killed in 1958.
My brother Buddy has found some photos that I am going to post in memory of sweet Marie.
