We remember Moscow very fondly. He was a gentle man and a gentleman, who loved his family dearly. We were fortunate to know a few of his children when we worked in The Sumter School District. They were great students, and a testament to their parents.
You have our condolences for your loss.

Aunt Ruth and Family,
I am sincerely saddened by the passing of Uncle Moscoe. Although I haven't seen him since our family visits during my childhood, my mother Gloria mentioned him often and shared stories. I have wonderful memories of our visits that i will always cherish. Our prayers go out to him and his family with love.
We love you all!
