Obituary of Mary Belle Rogers McCoy

Mary Belle McCoy, 87, entered eternal rest on Friday, Aug 10, 2018, at National Healthcare Center.

 

Born in Lee County in 1930, Mrs. McCoy was the wife of the late Lewis E. McCoy and daughter of the late Frank and Letha Rogers.

 

Surviving are her daughter Wanda Stauffer (Patrick), and sons Ronald McCoy (Jodi) and Wayne McCoy (Lisa), 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Marietta Parham (Johnny).

 

Mrs. McCoy loved God and spent her life caring for others. She was a devoted wife, mother and friend and a lifetime member of Bethesda Church of God.

 

Funeral services will be at 3pm on Thursday at Elmore-Hill-McCreight Funeral Home, with Pastor Al Sims officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery.
