Eric and family,
so sorry to hear of Phyllis's passing. She was a bus driver for Beecher City Unit 20 when I began teaching at the Shumway grade school. I always enjoyed visiting with her when she dropped off the students and before my classes began. I taught Title 1 reading so my students didn't come to my classroom until about 30 minutes after their regular class began so I always had time to visit with Phyllis and Sue McCormack after their bus run. I hadn't seen her after she retired until when I saw her again when she would pick up Jeremy Boehm after school. But that has been several years.
Eric, I believe that you were in my TItle 1 reading class in first grade too. Always enjoyed you as a student.
Keep all the memories you made with her in your heart.
