Obituary of Robert Shively

Robert Shively, 78, husband of Pat Johnson Shively, died Wednesday, August 21, 2019, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital.

Born in Van Wert, OH, he was a son of the late Guy Shively and Betty Krick Shively.

Mr. Shively retired from the Bosch Company.  He loved fishing and hunting.

Surviving are his wife of Sumter; a son, Rodney Shively of the home and a daughter, Brenda Hendrix (Joe) of Sumter; two grandchildren, Corey Hendrix (Kattie) of Pinewood and Mariah (John) Ross of Dalzell; and a great-granddaughter, Layla Brinson.

He was preceded in death by a son, Randy Shively.

Memorial Services will be held at 2 P.M. Sunday in the Chapel of the Elmore Hill McCreight Funeral Home.
