Obituary of Michael David Boykin

Mayesville, SC                                                                                           

 

Michael David Boykin, 61, died Friday October 11, 2019 at Midlands Health and Rehab.  

Born in Sumter, he was a son of Agnes Marie Mills Baker the late James Daniel Boykin.Mr. Boykin was a member of Bethesda Church of God.

Surviving are his mother of West Columbia;  a brother, James Daniel Boykin, Jr. (Wanda) of Gable; three sisters, Wanda Gail Boykin Rogers of Sumter, Tammy Marie Roberts and Kathryn Dianne Boykin both of Lexington; a number of nieces and nephews and a step-sister, Pam Baker Moseley of Ashwood.

He was predeceased by his step-father, Perry Daniel Baker.

Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM Monday in the Chapel of the Elmore Hill McCreight Funeral Home with Rev. Al Sims and Allen Johnson officiating.

Burial will be in the Mayesville Black River Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 PM Monday at the Elmore Hill McCreight Funeral Home.
