To Dr. McDowells' family: I have thought of him and his kindness. He was a great physician but more importantly a great human being. I remember Ellen and Mrs. McDowell as they were leaving Miss Bettys' nursery where Ellen had been staying and I was beginning. What a wonderful career and family Dr. McDowell had and I'm so blessed to have met his family and been under his care while he was with Dr. Bruner. Prayers and deepest sympathies to the family and if my son or myself can be of any service to the family please let us know.
