Obituary of Mitch Shearon

Mitchael “Mitch” Byerly Shearon, 70, died Tuesday, December 15, 2020, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital. Born in Hartsville, he was a son of the late Herbert Shearon and Corrie Lee Tedder Shearon. Mr. Shearon was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Lugoff, SC and was a salesman with Jones Buick-Pontiac-GMC. He was a U. S. Air Force veteran. Surviving are one son, Christopher Drew Shearon of Columbia; one brother, Frank Shearon (Theresa) of FL. He was preceded in death by a brother, Pete Shearon. Graveside services will be held at 2 P.M. Tuesday at the Elim United Methodist Church Cemetery in Oates, SC with Rev. Chuck Everett officiating.
