What can be said about Arthur? For those who took the time to know him they would soon realize that he was a kind and gentle soul. A person that was approachable and open. In other words "what you see is what you get."
He had a great appreciation for simple gestures like his birthday party, Christmas cards and chocolate. But he was also the only vegetarian I knew that ate bacon.
Arthur was also known to be a rock-n-roll aficionado having won many a concert ticket by answering obscure music trivia.
So next time you are in the car listening to classic rock do the air guitar solo. I'm sure Arthur will be watching.

My sincere condolences on your loss. I very much enjoyed spending time with Arthur & Phil when I was a senior at Sumter High School. You never knew what they were going to come up with.
